By making a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total invoice is required to secure your booking. The final payment must be paid 7 working days before the service date you require. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable with reasonable notice (30 days or more). Should government restrictions come into place meaning your booking can’t go ahead, you will be entitled to move your booking to an alternative date within a 6-month period. Should you need to cancel the party nearer to the date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will always do our best to fill the booking. If the booking cannot be filled at short notice, your deposit will not be refundable or transferable.
*Please note that if your deposit is not paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, your preferred booking date will no longer be secure.
Cancelation
Chef Louisa Ellis Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason. We will always try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such cancellation, we will refund the Client any monies paid in respect of the dinner party booking, within 30 days, should any refund be due. Chef Louisa Ellis Ltd will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Client or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation. The Client reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 3 months before the event date. If the booking has been made after this period, the booking will not be eligible for cancelation unless the booking can be filled.
LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES
Chef Louisa Ellis Ltd will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the client’s property however caused. Chef Louisa Ellis Ltd has the final decision in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions.
