About Land
Featured in the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide, Land is one of Louisa’s favourite plant-based restaurants in the UK. The chefs stand out not only for their precision and bold cooking techniques but also for their approach to seasonality, sustainability, and support for local farmers. Louisa collaborated with Land in 2024 and is very excited to collaborate with them again in her venue at Destination 105. Head chef Tony and his team will cook up a storm alongside Louisa, including seven courses and snacks.

This menu is suitable for dairy-free diets. We can also cater for Gluten free with notice. Please check the allergens on the menu before booking.
We are a cashless venue and only accept credit/debit cards. For drinks purchased at night, please bring a card.
Although we don’t have a car park, parking on Trent Boulevard is free. Please be respectful of our neighbours.
