Eight chefs from the Midlands, are travelling to Destination 105 in Nottingham for a collaboration not to be missed. Chefs include: Liam Dillon (The Boat, Litchfield), Angelina Adamo (Tutto Apposto, Birmingham), Victoria Meads (Chef Louisa Ellis), Tom Brassington (Chef Louisa Ellis), Evan Holliday & Jordan Johnson (Simpsons Restaurant, Birmingham), Georgia Frend (Former Simpsons) and Louisa Ellis. Working as a team, they will serve seven courses & snacks. Each chef will make a dish and donate their time to make one of the dishes on the menu for this particular event.
As well as chefs, we have a team of FOH who have also given up their time for this particular event: Becca Reid (Chef Louisa Ellis), Steve Locklin & team (Simpsons Restaurant).
Louisa Ellis organised this particular event on behalf of Matt Davies. Please read his story here to tell you a bit more about why we are doing this.
