Join Louisa Ellis and Ritchie Stainsby from Restaurant No.12 for a plant-based supper club at Destination 105.
Start time: 7 pm.
This is an intimate supper club experience. On the evening, you will have your own designated table, the chefs will explain each course throughout the evening to provide a “chefs table” experience. With our open-plan kitchen, you can watch the chefs as they cook and serve your food while you sit back and sip your favourite wine. Some plant-based wines will also be available for purchase on the evening, should you wish.
About Ritchie: Ritchie Stainsby is a self-taught chef who has transformed vegan dining in the UK. Through relentless experimentation and a commitment to sustainability, he showcases that plant-based cuisine can be luxurious and exciting while making a positive environmental impact. Having reached the final 12 in the 2024 season of MasterChef: The Professionals, Ritchie is venturing out of his restaurant to provide his innovative food further afield.
Last drinks orders are at 11 pm with everyone vacated by 11:30 pm.
Max table size of 8 people.
We are a cashless venue and only accept credit/debit cards. For drinks purchases on the night, please make sure you bring a card.
Although we don’t have a car park, road parking is free on Trent Boulevard. Please ensure to be respectful of our neighbours.
