Louisa and Jason collaborate in creating a menu which is something they both love eating as well as cooking, FUSION!
About Jason Parker: A Leith’s trained chef with over 15 years industry experience, Jason spent the early part of his career working in Sydney, Australia. After relocating to London in 2017, he helped set up one of the 10 restaurants at 5-star hotel, The Ned and then went on to work for Private Members Club, Soho House.
During the pandemic, he made the move back to his hometown in order to set up his own business. He now hosts a monthly supper club at his Lincolnshire home, offering a rotating menu inspired by his travels, as well as offering private dining and food consultancy services.
Last drinks orders are at 11 pm with everyone vacated by 11:30 pm.
Max table size of 8 people.
We are a cashless venue and only accept credit/debit cards. For drinks purchases on the night, please ensure you bring a card.
Although we don’t have a car park, road parking is free on Trent Boulevard. Please ensure to be respectful of our neighbours.
